Every year billions are squandered through municipal misapplication, but little is done to recover the money.

New drivers license test process under discussion:

The Transport Department is consulting various members of the public to discuss the possibility of implementing a new driver’s license test process.
The graduated license scheme consists of three different test stages before a driver will obtain a full license.
The Department’s Logan Maistry said the scheme aims to reduce the number of accidents.
